Warranty Policy for Tixbee Products

This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the warranty coverage provided by the manufacturer to the dealer for only split type hi-wall residential air conditioner sales other products warranty not expressly given unless specified by any additional letter by the company to the particular dealer.

Warranty Coverage

The manufacturer warrants that all specified products sold to the dealer shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the following periods:

  • 1 year for the full machine.(all types of hi-wall residential split AC Only)
  • 5 years for the compressor (all types of hi-wall residential split AC Only).
  • 5 years for the PCB (Inverter hi-wall residential split AC only).

The warranty period begins from the date of sale to the end-user. Warranty registration must be completed within one month of the sale by email to warranty@tixbee.com using the specified Annexure-E format.

Service and Consumable Costs

The dealer shall bear all service and consumable costs associated with the maintenance and repair of the air conditioners during the warranty period. This includes but is not limited to labor charges, transportation costs, and the cost of consumable items such as refrigerant, lubricants, filters, etc.

Parts Costs

The manufacturer shall bear all costs related to the replacement of defective parts of the air conditioners during the warranty period. This includes the cost of parts, components, and materials necessary for the repair or replacement of the defective parts.

Warranty Claims

Dealers must promptly notify the manufacturer of any warranty claims received from end-users. Claims must be submitted in writing and include the following:

  • Detailed information about the defect.
  • The model and serial number of the air conditioner.
  • Proof of purchase.

Manufacturer's Obligations

Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, the manufacturer will assess the claim and, if deemed valid, provide the necessary parts to facilitate the repair or replacement of the defective air conditioner.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by :

  • Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Alteration or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or force majeure events.

not covered under this warranty.

Limitation of Liability

The liability of the manufacturer under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts of the air conditioners as specified herein. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the air conditioners.

Dealer Agreement

By accepting delivery of air conditioners, the dealer agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty policy.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To claim warranty service, dealers must submit the specified claim form (Annexure-F) along with the original proof of purchase. Machines must also be registered as per the warranty registration process.

Inspection and Verification

The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect and verify reported defects before providing replacement parts or service under warranty.

Modification of Terms

The manufacturer may modify or amend the terms of this warranty policy without prior notice. Updates will be communicated via the manufacturer’s official website or other channels.
